My approach is always strengths based; and typically utilizes a person-centered and solution-focused perspective. Despite the struggles we encounter, I believe everyone has strengths to draw from, even when they are harder to see. Sometimes, we just need a little support to recognize our own resilience; to identify, and build upon that strength inherent in all of us.
I believe that you are the expert on your own life. With a little support and the appropriate coaching & questioning, you are capable of finding the best solutions.
